Fighter aircraft from the Pakistan Air Force are taking part in the multinational Spears of Victory 2026 military exercise being conducted in Saudi Arabia, according to officials familiar with the exercise.
The participation includes F-16 aircraft from the Pakistan Air Force’s No. 5 “Falcons” Squadron. The exercise brings together air forces from multiple countries to enhance interoperability, operational coordination, and tactical skills in a complex training environment.
Military officials said the drills focus on combined air operations, mission planning, and execution under simulated combat conditions. Such exercises are designed to improve coordination among participating forces and strengthen professional military engagement.
Pakistan Air Force regularly participates in international exercises as part of its training and engagement strategy, aimed at maintaining operational readiness and sharing best practices with partner air forces.
The Spears of Victory exercise is hosted by Saudi Arabia and involves aerial assets operating from designated air bases under joint command and control arrangements.
