Pakistan Under-19 were crowned champions of the DP World Men’s U-19 Asia Cup 2025 after thrashing arch-rivals India in a one-sided final.
Batting first, Pakistan posted a commanding 347 for 8 in 50 overs, led by a sensational knock of 172 runs by Sameer Minhas, which laid the foundation for a match-winning total. His innings featured authority, composure, and clean stroke play, putting India under immense pressure from the outset.
In response, India’s batting lineup collapsed under disciplined Pakistani bowling and was bowled out for 156 runs in 26.2 overs, handing Pakistan a 191-run victory. Pakistan’s bowlers shared the wickets effectively, maintaining relentless pressure throughout the chase.
