Pakistan has rolled out Zarkheze, a digital agriculture platform aimed at improving farmers’ access to finance and modern advisory services. The initiative focuses on providing digital loans, crop guidance, and smart recommendations to help farmers improve productivity and reduce reliance on informal credit.
Officials say the platform leverages technology to offer practical insights on farming practices, input management, and decision-making. By combining financial access with advisory support, Zarkheze is expected to strengthen rural livelihoods and support sustainable agriculture.
The launch aligns with Pakistan’s broader push for digital inclusion and agri-tech adoption, particularly for small and medium-scale farmers.
