Pakistan’s top military leadership has issued a strong warning against any attempt to undermine national unity, security, or stability, making it clear that such actions will not be tolerated whether driven by political motives or otherwise.
According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the 273rd Corps Commanders’ Conference was chaired by Field Marshal Asim Munir, Chief of Army Staff. The forum conducted a comprehensive review of the internal and external security environment, regional developments, and emerging challenges facing the country.
The conference stressed that no individual, group, or political element would be allowed to create instability, exploit divisions, or challenge the writ of the state. The military leadership reaffirmed its commitment to the constitution and emphasized that safeguarding national cohesion and institutional stability remains a core priority.
Participants also discussed the growing threat of hybrid warfare, misinformation, and politically motivated unrest, agreeing that coordinated national efforts are essential to counter such challenges. The forum underscored the need for unity among state institutions to ensure peace, stability, and continuity.
Concluding the meeting, the military leadership reiterated that under the command of Field Marshal Asim Munir, the armed forces remain fully prepared to respond decisively to any threat against Pakistan’s sovereignty, constitutional order, and internal stability.
